These terms condense the rules behind your UnlimLuck account, our offers and the cashier. Where anything here differs from the full terms you accept at sign-up, or from the wording on an offer card, those documents prevail.
Holding an Account
Only people aged 18 or over who may lawfully gamble where they live can hold an account. Each person may keep a single one, opened in their own name with true details, and it may not be lent, sold or handed to anybody else.
Offers and Wagering
The welcome package covers deposits one to four, with £20 as the minimum for each: 100% up to £500, then 75% up to £750 twice, then 50% up to £1,000. The card for each stage states its wagering of 35x-40x, and bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before it is met.
Milestone matches on deposit number five, ten and fifteen require 40x on deposit plus bonus within 7 days, with stakes capped at £5. A reload offer is valid only on its named day, counted in UTC. Monday cashback is drawn from real-money slot play and must be wagered 5x inside 7 days. Tuesday live rakeback runs up to 15% and never exceeds £200. Only one bonus may be active at once.
Money In and Out
Deposits run from £10 to £5,000 and are credited at once. A withdrawal must be at least £20, or £100 for a bank transfer, and no more than £5,000 in one transaction, and we process it within 72 hours.
Identity Checks
Before large deposits, before withdrawals and whenever activity looks unusual, we may request photo ID, a selfie and a document confirming your address. A payout stays on hold until that check is finished.
Our Licence
Our licence was issued in Anjouan, Comoros (AOFA). The UK Gambling Commission has not licensed us, and GAMSTOP does not apply to our accounts.
Amendments
We may revise these terms and any offer. An offer is governed by the version in force on the day you claim it.
